Delete your social media.
You are being emotionally and intellectually poisoned against your will and largely outside your ken.
(And learn how to computer. If you don’t know how to computer, you must come to realize that computers are not your friend. Even if you do know how to computer, the majority of the web is really walled-garden corponets and something like uncontained fire in a room made of straw - be wary.)
