Check us out on their projects page, and keep reading to see why this is good for M17.
This will let us (M17) apply for funding from other 501(c)(3) entities, which would help unstick us in a few areas.
Those areas right now are:
- RF design, development, and testing, including test equipment
- KiCad design and rework, especially for the four layer board
- GNURadio implementation
- TR-9 hardware in developers' hands (so far only SP5WWP and myself have a running TR-9 of any kind)
Funding will help us get training and reference materials, pay for parts and test equipment, and make it drastically more affordable to push the state of the art in digital Amateur Radio.
