I got laid off! Along with a huge chunk of the company.
Broadcom couldn’t sell my business unit like they hoped so where we were initially spared the ax, it did eventually find us.
I loved working for VMware / Carbon Black. Good people. I worked for two of my favorite bosses while there and had awesome teammates.
Good things don’t last forever. On to the next thing.
